CRANK FORGING PRESSES
We have six crank presses with outputs of 1,500 - 6,500 tons designed for rotary and other shaped forgings weighing 0.5 - 45 kg. The size of these forgings can range from 50 mm to 400 mm for various shapes of gears, sleeves and flanges. We offer standard production from 500 pcs / year.
Machine | Weight category | Dimension (ø or l/w) | Product photos |
---|---|---|---|
1x Press 1500 | up to 3 kg | up to 140 mm | |
1x Press 1600 | up to 3 kg | up to 140 mm | |
2x Press 2500 | up to 11 kg | up to 2000 mm | |
1x Press 4000 | up to 24 kg | up to 290 mm | |
1x Press 6500 | up to 45 kg | up to 400 mm |
POWER HAMMERS
Hammers represent the top of blacksmithing skills. The hammers house the production of complex forgings with a straight or angled dividing surface, with different numbers of bends and kinks and the size of the angle of rotation, such as various rods, levers, forks and carriers. We are able to produce parts in the weight category from 0.1 kg to 70 kg in serial production from 500 pcs / year.
Machine | Weight category | Length max. | Product photos |
---|---|---|---|
1x Banning 3000 | up to 16 kg | 700 mm | |
2x MPM 25000 (MAS 6500) | up to 70 kg | 800 mm | |
1x KJH4 counter-rotating hammer | up to 3 kg |
HORIZONTAL FORGING PRESSES
On horizontal forging presses, we offer the production of upset forgings, full and hollow, with a maximum length of 2,000 mm and a formed part in the weight range from 2 to 20 kilograms with a maximum diameter of 230 mm. Serial production starts from 1,000 pieces / year. Typical examples are shafts with an upset flange.
ROLLERS
The forge also has two ULS100 rolling machines, one of which is part of a separate line for the production of rolls. Serial production is from 50,000 pcs / year. The second machine is located at the LZK4000 crank press and is primarily used for the production of billets when forging connecting rods. The diameter of the input material for cross rolling is up to 100 mm. The advantage of cross wedge rolling is high dimensional accuracy and reproducibility of rollings - use for various transmission and drive shafts.
