Recruitment allowance


TATRA METALURGIE a.s. is one of the major employers in the metallurgical and forging industry in the Czech Republic. It supplies its quality production to many foreign and Czech customers.
We are happy to welcome employees in our team who want to participate with us in the growth and performance of our company.
We are aware of the complexity of work in this field, and therefore we want to reward new employees with a financial bonus in the form of a recruitment contribution.
We offer a recruitment allowance of CZK 35,000 for candidates who start as a blacksmith, electrician or locksmith and meet the condition of at least 1 year of experience as a blacksmith (electrician, locksmith) for the last 5 years. The practice is proved by a credit certificate and a confirmation from the previous employer about the performance of professional practice in the given position.
The recruitment allowance will be paid to the employee after working for 1 month, in the nearest pay period designated by the employer for the payment of wages, in a lump sum.
An employee who receives a recruitment allowance undertakes to remain employed by TATRA METALURGIE a.s. at the workplace: blacksmith, working electrician and working locksmith for a total period of 3 years from the date of employment, provided that this period does not include the duration of incapacity for work or taking unpaid leave in a total exceeding 30 calendar days.
In the event that the employee does not work out his / her 3-year obligation in employment with TATRA METALURGIE a.s., he / she will return to the employer a proportional part of the recruitment contribution for the period not worked.
