Production of forging tools

We manufacture and repair forging tools in our own tool shop. We process rotary shapes up to a maximum diameter of 600 mm and shape-demanding dies up to a maximum weight of 5000 kg. In addition to conventional machine tools, we mainly have DEPOSPEED, TRIMILL, TAJMAC CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. We use a 3D scanner from Hexagon for dimensional inspection of forgings and tools.
